How to Order Used Clothing and Used Shoes by the Container
This page exists so that you can find out how we work without having to ask. Below is the whole process — what we need from you, what you get from us, what you pay and when, what documents you receive, and how long each stage takes. If you are importing for the first time, read it end to end; if you have imported for years, skip to the terms.
Send your requirement
We need four things to quote: your destination country and port, the product and grade you want, the volume, and your target price if you have one. If you do not know which grade suits your market, describe what sells where you trade and we will recommend rather than guess.
Receive a written quotation
You receive a written quotation, not a verbal price: unit price and basis, quantity, bale count, net weight, Incoterms, estimated freight to your port and total.
Inspect the goods
Before you commit, you receive photographs and video of the actual goods being offered. Buyers who can travel are welcome to inspect.
Confirm and pay
We issue a proforma invoice on confirmation. Terms are 50% advance to start processing the load and balance at the time of loading. All prices are quoted in US dollars.
Loading and documentation
We load, photograph and seal your container and send the complete document set: commercial invoice, packing list, fumigation, bill of lading and certificate of origin. Typical time from cleared payment to loading is 5-7 business days.
Shipping and arrival
We ship EXWORKS from the Port of Houston. We send tracking on departure and remain your contact through to arrival — if something goes wrong at your port, you call us, not a freight desk.
