What we collect
Only what you type into the inquiry form. That is your name, company name, destination country and port, email address, WhatsApp or telephone number, the products and grade you are interested in, the volume and frequency you buy, whether you have imported before, and anything you write in the message box. Of these, only the email address and the WhatsApp or phone number are required — the rest help us quote accurately, and an inquiry is never refused for leaving them blank.
Why we collect it
To answer your inquiry, prepare a written quotation, and follow up about that quotation. That is the only reason. We do not build marketing lists from inquiries and we do not send bulk mail.
There is no account and no login
The site has no user accounts, no password, no shopping cart and no payment processing. Nothing you do on the site is stored against a profile.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade inquiry details, and we do not pass them to other suppliers in our trade. If your inquiry becomes an order, we share what the shipment requires — the consignee name and address, the destination port and the goods description — with the freight forwarder, shipping line and customs authorities handling that container. Nothing beyond what the paperwork needs.
Third-party services this site uses
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, and the contact page embeds a Google map of our address. Both mean your browser contacts Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs of page requests. If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation takes place on Meta's platform under Meta's own terms, not ours.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and to see which pages buyers read and which countries they come from. It runs automatically on every page and sets analytics cookies in your browser. Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We do not use it for advertising and we do not use it to identify you. If you prefer not to be counted, you can block cookies in your browser settings or install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead to an order are kept while the quotation remains current and for a reasonable period after, in case you come back to it. Records connected to an actual shipment are kept for as long as export, customs and tax rules require.
Your choices
Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it. If you are in a country whose law gives you formal rights over your data, we will honor those rights whether or not that law binds us. There is nothing to unsubscribe from, but tell us to stop contacting you and we will.
Children
This is a wholesale export site for businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site handles information, we will change this page and update the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
